The Institute for Research of Expelled Germans is a private, non-government academic research organisation wholly owned by Director James Mayfield. It is entirely funded via donations and private sources. The Institute, its website, all articles, and all of its property (images, maps, research, etc.) are entirely protected by copyright and may NOT be redistributed, resold, or edited without permission.

Absolutely no email addresses, home addresses, phone numbers, names, or personal information will be redistributed without prior approval to any other organisation or to any of our partners.

Any images or material used on the Institute that are not our original productions or research are given full credit to the original owner and source via a citation. In many cases, the original producer of images could not be isolated due to widespread distribution throughout the internet. If you find that you are the owner of an image that has been used without permission, feel free to notify us and we will correct this legal infraction immediately.

As we are nonpartisan and do not work with interest groups or lobbies, the Institute WILL NOT be implicated in the actions, beliefs, or behavior of any of its affiliates, partners, or any organisation or individual that independently uses our material, articles, or images. We are in no way associated with any far-right, racialist, neo-Nazi, Holocaust-denying, or revisionist perspectives or organisations that are in conflict with the governments of Austria, Germany, Italy, Hungary, the United States, France, or legal injunctions the European Union.

The Institute for Research of Expelled Germans is a completely apolitical organization with NO AFFILIATION to political lobbies, expellee groups, or legal pressure organizations. Therefore, we do not assist expellees.

All donations via Paypal are solely used for maintenance, funding, and proliferation of the Institute itself, and not for any personal expenses of its staff or members. Staff members and contributors are not supported as employees with dontations.
